Laminate is smooth and mostly seamless, which makes it one of the countertop materials that requires the least amount of maintenance.

You should install your countertop before the sink and other appliances. Contractors can cut out the necessary spaces to fit in things like sinks, faucets, outlets and cooktops.

Countertop installation can take anywhere from one to three days, depending on the size of the project, the countertop material you’ve selected and how the countertops are being installed (poured in place, cut on site, prefabricated, etc.). When you get quotes from multiple contractors, ask them about their estimated timeline.

Quartz is extremely durable and maintains its beauty with minimal maintenance, excelling in high-traffic commercial areas.
